personaly i find bombing hills rather fun but almost every time i've taken a large hill i've had to bail and my scarred knees will tell ya its better to just roll so long as you keep your head tucked in just right and land rolling on your shoulder you won't have a problem one time i actually did one and a half front flips before touching the ground landed on my right shoulder and flipped back onto my feet and still skidded for like 5 feet it hurt like hell but it was better than smashing my face at like 35 miles per hour ( yes gravity will drag my 220 pound ass down a hill pretty damn fast lmao )

this new website is awesome anyways when you fall or bail dont fight it if you can land on your feet great but make sure u land flat :$ if you cant land on your feet dont fight it try to roll more than just falling so that it hurts less it will prevent injury +o( kind of arch your back too to help you roll
