Most shops will gladly replace your bearings, as long as you buy your new ones there.
But it's really easy, so just read this and you'll be able to change them yourself in case of emergency.

Find a good spot to do this, and all the equipment you need: a skate tool if you have one, or just a normal screwdriver.
To pop the old bearing out, pull up the wheel at a slight angle. You can use a screwdriver, skate-key or the axle of the truck to do this.
If you did it right, the bearing should pop out and fall back on to the truck again.
Remove the old bearing and place the new one on the screwdriver or skate-key.
Now, grab a wheel and while using even pressure, press the new bearing in the wheel.
Put them back on the trucks and you can skate again!
