Fs 180 boneless trick tip
Before attempting the 180 boneless, make sure you're comfortable doing the regular boneless.

Start in about the same position as a regular boneless. You can put your back foot a little more towards the heel side to help with the 180.
Crouch down and grab the middle of the toeside of your board with your back hand.
Slide your front foot off the board and immediately use that leg to jump and rotate 180 degrees.
Keep holding on to the board.
Raise your front foot and put it back on the board in midair. I recommend only doing this if you've almost completed the 180 degree rotation.
Release the board, and land with your legs slightly bent. If you only rotated 170 degrees, pivot the other 10 degrees.
This can be done frontside or backside.
When you're ready for it, try to land a 360 boneless.
